DISCOUNTS
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are estimates. Unfortunately, shipping regulations to different countries have been changeable since the Pandemic.
Our goal is to provide the safest and most affordable shipping to your destination. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to your country or by your chosen method.
Rest assured, we will only charge you actual shipping charges, which we will communicate to you before shipping for your approval.
International orders for SlipDiscs™ have, thus far, incurred no extra charges.
If you have questions regarding shipping costs, contact us before purchase. We will be happy to work with you for the best solution possible!
PAYMENTS
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
Our preferred method of payment is ACH, bank to bank and recommend wise.com.
We now have shopping cart efficiency, with several payment options! We are researching additional options to finance larger purchases, like the Total Station™. Let us know if you have questions or suggestions!.
COST OF INSTRUMENT REPAIR
Charges are based on the time to repair or service your instrument plus parts needed and a small sundries fee for supplies used.
Retail rate is $100/hr for labor. Our minimum charge is $50.
Urgent, Emergency or ‘Rush’ services will incur additional charges.
If you represent a school or group, please contact us regarding quantity rates. We also subcontract for repair shops; if you have more instruments than you can finish in a timely manner, or if you’ve received an instrument requiring repairs beyond your skillset, we’re here to help!
PRIVACY
We will treat your information with the same respect as our own!
We will keep your information private and secure. Your personal data will only be collected for the purposes of 1) responding to your inquiries, 2) processing your order, 3) sending product updates, 4) tracking warranty information.
You may advise us not to include you in product updates, or to delete your information, at any time.
We do not receive or store any payment details. Your payment details are provided by you to our payment processors through a secure portal. Our primary payment processor is Square. Other current processors are Paypal and Wise. We trust (Transfer) Wise with our own money and have sent money (monthly) internationally for 3 years with excellent results (much faster and cheaper than Paypal).
We do not share or sell any information with/to third parties. We do link to a payment processor and to YouTube; please refer to their Privacy statements.
TERMS

Service: Please note that work will not commence prior to receiving a work authorization in writing from the client (including confirmation by email or text).
Payment in full is due within 7 days of invoice and is required to pickup/ship instrument. Failure to pay for the instrument within 60 days of the client being informed of its completion will result in the sale of the instrument to recoup costs.
