The 'art of repair' requires knowledge, refined skill and an uncompromised commitment to quality.

Our approach to instrument repair whether for a new student, school band, established amateur, seasoned semi-pro or professional musician is that there is only one way of doing things, and that is well. The reward for employing this knowledge and skill is a client who’s instrument does not impede their growth as a musician, or compromise their ability to perform. An instrument playing at it’s very best.

“Gary completely overhauled my Selmer MarkVI alto sax, Yamaha pro tenor sax and my much loved B&H Imperial clarinet. His workmanship is truly outstanding! Perfect padding and elimination of key wear, spring tension adjusted to my taste and feel. His polishing methods are remarkable. My instruments have never looked so good and most importantly, have never played so well!”

“Gary has made an enormously positive contribution to both brass and woodwind players who have required the services of an instrument repair technician. I had need to have some substantial work done on my personal instrument and a complete rebuild of a natural trumpet. This work was carried out to the highest level and which has impressed many of my colleagues who have as a result, also turned to his expertise for high-end modifications and repairs.”
